NH LACONIA — Laconia Zoning Board approved three variances unanimously. Chair Marcia Hayward, members Deb Cheney and Tim Whitney, and Councilor Eric Hoffman voted to allow a sixth dwelling unit at 351 Elm Street for affordable housing, a replacement single-family home at 18 Paugus Park Road with repositioned parking, and front setback relief at 8 Edgewater Avenue for deck restoration. A storage container variance at 334 White Oaks Road was continued to November 16.
