Parks Commission approves facility requests for spring and summer events

NH LACONIA — Parks commission approves seven facility use requests for regional groups. The Laconia Parks and Recreation Commission voted unanimously to approve facility requests including New Horizons Musical Organization of the Lakes Region for an August 11 concert at Rotary Park, American Legion Baseball for games in June and July, and Senior Muskrats for baseball games at Robbie Mills field from April through August. Chair Mitch Hamel led the meeting with Commissioners Laura Ringer and Deanna Guyer present.
The commission also noted administrative approvals for Laconia Lacrosse Club and Rebecca Kushnick's wedding reception at Weirs Community Park Amphitheater.
