NH LACONIA — Laconia Zoning Board unanimously approved five property variances on September 21. Applicant David Delsol won approval to retain a 20-foot storage container at 498 White Oaks Road under a screening condition; Troy Mahoney received identical approval for two containers at 371 White Oaks Road. The board also granted relief from minimum lot-size and frontage requirements at 15 Arlington Street, and approved conditional shoreland deck extensions at 120 Hillcroft Road and a corner-lot garage variance at 218 Lynnewood Road, where Board Chair Marcia Hayward recused herself.
One storage-container application was continued to October 19.
