Newly elected Laconia Mayor Mike Bordes assumed the chairmanship at the January 15 meeting, welcoming new members Dan Caron and Bob Cameron; the board unanimously approved prior minutes. Two major airport projects advance: CROSSWINDS Development is complete pending state reimbursement expected in March 2026, and the Perimeter Fence Project is proceeding with an 8-foot fence and 3-strand barbed wire per federal wildlife standards, despite Gilford Conservation Commission objections to its appearance.
