Library Board Approves FY27 Endowment Expenditure Limit

NH LACONIA — Laconia library board unanimously approves $140,476.92 endowment spending limit for FY27. Trustees welcomed new Alternate Trustee Beth Newton and acknowledged the passing of former Library Board Chairman Bob Selig. The FY26 budget projects an underspend of approximately $6,000 from unexpended salaries.
The board affirmed commitment to keeping any future expansion at downtown Gale Memorial Library per the Project 2040 presentation request from the City.
