NH LACONIA — Technical Review Committee reviews three planning applications. Three applications received committee review before Planning Board consideration: a 40-unit residential development at 59 Doe Ave by owner Kevin Lacasse and agent Dari Sassan, flagged for parking calculation and site plan revisions with impact fees of $6,663.64; a single-family home with wetland buffer encroachment at 205 Wentworth Cove Rd by Jessica Christopher with impact fees of $9,653.67, also advancing to August 4 Planning Board hearings; and a multifamily site plan at 24 McGrath St rescheduled for August 18 TRC review.
