NH LACONIA — Laconia Technical Review Committee approves downtown fitness studio. The committee voted 6-0 to approve Tim Karen's proposal to convert retail space at 28-36 Endicott Street East into an indoor martial arts and fitness studio with a smoothie and tea bar. The application requires a Place of Assembly Permit and fire department compliance.
Three new planning board applications were reviewed for April 7 consideration: a boundary line adjustment at 16 Riverside Court, a conversion of a former childcare center at 651 Union Avenue into commercial and residential units with space for Anderson Auto, and a condominium conversion at 53-57 Pearl Street.
