NH LACONIA — Laconia Technical Review Committee reviews five planning applications ahead of Planning Board hearings. The April 21 meeting, chaired by Planning Director Rob Mora, examined a 150-unit mixed-use development on White Oaks Road that drew concerns about water supply capacity, fire safety hydrant distances, and sewer capacity. Four additional applications including a 131-unit multifamily duplex addition on Kinsman Drive, a condominium conversion, and commercial watercraft storage are scheduled for May 5 or June 2 Planning Board consideration.
