Technical Review Committee approves Watson Road parking expansion

NH LACONIA — Laconia's Technical Review Committee unanimously approved a parking lot expansion at 1065 Watson Road with three conditions. Applicant Kevin Hayhurst's less than 5,000 square foot crushed gravel project must meet Planning Department standards for material, site inspection, and final plan submission. The committee also routed two applications to the June 2 Planning Board meeting: a 25-lot Pickerel Pond Road subdivision presented by Nicholas Loring and a Sir Winston's cigar lounge addition with Opera House lot merger presented by Mike Loughlin.
