NH LACONIA — Laconia approves minor site plan for 43 Washington Street facility. The Technical Review Committee unanimously approved the project on August 18, authorizing demolition of an approximately 8,500-square-foot convent building and construction of an 813-square-foot addition with accessible restrooms and storage. The revised parking lot will provide 36 spaces, nine above the required minimum of 27.
The Committee granted a waiver from drainage analysis, determining the project reduces impervious surface area by approximately 4,147 square feet and increases greenspace. All improvements and conditions must be completed by August 18, 2033.
