Technical Review Committee reviews six proposals

NH LACONIA — Laconia Technical Review Committee reviewed six development proposals. Planning Director R. Mora led the committee through applications including a 16-unit campground at 371 White Oaks Road, a 1,600-square-foot building at Belmont Road, amendments to a boat-slip facility at Winnisquam Avenue, a 150-unit mixed-use residential development at 1085 White Oaks Road, a parking modification at 57 Blueberry Lane, and a lakefront complex with restaurant, townhomes, and condominiums at Court Street.
Most applications are scheduled for Planning Board hearings on July 7, with the two largest proposals returning to the committee for a second review on July 21.
