Licensing Board · Meeting of March 4, 2026
NH LACONIA — Laconia Licensing Board approves entertainment renewals for seasonal resort and bar venues. Licensing Clerk Hilary Young, Chief Joubert, and Lieutenant Noyes unanimously approved 14 entertainment licenses, outdoor loudspeaker permits, and vendor authorizations for Big House, Fratello's, Laconia Rod & Gun, Margate Resort, NASWA Resort, The Fancy, The Looney Bin, American Legion Wilkins-Smith Post 1, I Love Roy LLC, Lakes Region BBQ, VFW Post 1670, and a Laconia Sachem Band Boosters raffle permit. Owner Anthony Santagate of The Fancy plans to extend liquor licensing to the back stage area at Tower Hill and pave the connecting pathway.
The board deferred decision on an outdoor loudspeaker permit for Off The Rails to April 1 following resident Diane Kazanowski's presentation of speaker-placement concerns affecting Simpson Avenue properties.
