NH LACONIA — Downtown TIF board discusses $146,000 in beautification proposals. Board members W. Clement, C.
St. Clair, and J. Daubenspeck reviewed proposed spending of $52,000 for annual maintenance through Belknap Landscaping, $30,000 for Rotary Park improvements, $20,000 for Stewart Park enhancements, and $76,000 for entrance and window boxes.
The board also discussed Main Street lighting at an estimated $300,000 to $325,000, Social District updates, and support for a citywide marketing website, with a City Council presentation scheduled for April 27 or later.
