Downtown TIF board supports $29K Rotary Park project

Downtown TIF Advisory Board · Meeting of February 25, 2026

NH LACONIA — Downtown TIF board backs Rotary Park improvements. With only two of five board members present, the Advisory Board reviewed $167,969.39 in year-to-date spending and recommended a $29,000 Rotary Park project including a $10,000 to $12,000 sprinkler upgrade. The board kept window boxes in the capital budget at $4,800 estimated cost with a $6,300 placeholder, deferring final removal decision to city council.

K. Chase will consult Parks and Recreation about bench removal, and R. Mora will gather quotes for Weirs Boardwalk style trash barrels and updated Stewart Park landscaping proposals.
