Putnam Fund programs spring events with $8,000 harpist contract

NH LACONIA — The Laconia Putnam Fund board advanced its spring event lineup with multiple performance bookings. The board agreed on an $8,000 contract with harpist Deborah Hanson Conant while coordinating performances by the Afternotes and Classic Stones at Lakeport Opera House. The treasurer's report showed a $37,910.20 current fund balance with $28,910.20 available after accounting for outstanding invoices of $5,000 for Concerts on Canal and $4,000 for the April Afternotes show.
Board member Betty Ballantyne's term expires in March but she intends to continue serving.
