NH LACONIA — Laconia Putnam Fund allocates $2,000 for Connie Converse event. At its April 14 meeting, the board voted unanimously to allocate $2,000 for an April 18 celebration of Laconia native Connie Converse at NH Vintage Vinyl, featuring author and musician Howard Fishman. Jim Rogato moved the measure and Janet Brough seconded.
Treasurer Linda Peary reported a significant decline in the fund's carryover, now $24,910.20 compared with approximately $40,000 a year ago.
