NH LACONIA — Laconia Putnam Fund approves concert season deposits, explores arts programming expansion. Members Jim Rogato, Linda Peary, Betty Ballantyne, Janet Brough, and Joanie Mercer unanimously approved a four thousand dollar deposit to Wish We Were Floyd and a five hundred seventy-six dollar Northeast Communications invoice. The board's Treasurer's Report showed ninety-seven thousand one hundred eighty-nine dollars seventy-one cents in available funds, approximately ten thousand dollars behind the prior year.
Members discussed expanding beyond free concerts to include cooking shows, school music and theater sponsorships, and school-based arts programs to strengthen cultural offerings in Laconia.
