NH LACONIA — Laconia Master Plan Steering Committee reviews land use analysis, addresses utility constraints. The Master Plan Steering Committee, chaired by Planning Director Rob Mora, voted 5-0 to approve January meeting minutes and reviewed integrated land use analysis. Committee member Patrick Wood raised concerns about a Liberty Utilities Gas Company moratorium on new natural gas connections in Laconia, which could impact development planning.

The Committee scheduled a March 12 workshop and March 26 full meeting with Resilience Planning. Conservation Commission Chair Dean Anson provided public comment emphasizing water quality protections and conservation value.
