NH LACONIA — Laconia Master Plan Steering Committee reviews draft existing conditions report. Committee Chair R. Mora oversaw the January 29 meeting at which members unanimously approved prior minutes and reviewed the consultant-prepared report examining housing, land use, economic conditions, transportation, and community facilities.
Patrick Wood requested data on housing affordability, John McArdle questioned the 2,700 seasonal vacancy estimate and rental price increase trends, and Eric Hoffman asked whether building age was included in the analysis. Three future meetings were scheduled for February 12, March 12 (workshop), and March 26.
