NH LACONIA — Laconia Planning Board tables stormwater site plan amendment pending court document review. The board voted 7-0 to table application PB2026-021 for 604 Endicott St N, which would amend the 2023-approved site plan to increase stormwater detention capacity and route building gutters into the detention area per a settlement agreement with abutter Pine Hollow Campground. Chair C.
St. Clair and board member Gary Dionne requested that staff provide the superior and supreme court rulings before the board decides. The application returns February 3, 2026.
