NH LACONIA — Laconia Planning Board approves three projects, rejects sidewalk waiver for 25-lot subdivision. Chair Charlie St Clair presided over approvals of a boundary line adjustment at 16 and 22 Riverside Court, a mixed-use conversion at 651 Union Avenue (formerly daycare), and a condominium conversion at 53-57 Pearl Street with two workforce housing units, all by 8 to 0 votes. The board rejected a developer's sidewalk waiver request for the 33 White Oaks Road subdivision and continued the application to May 5 for redesign.
