NH LACONIA — Laconia Planning Board denies sidewalk waiver for Old North Main subdivision. The Board rejected Ladill Investments' request to waive sidewalk-construction requirements for a five-lot subdivision on Old North Main Street, requiring revised plans; the motion to deny passed 7-1. In a second waiver matter, the Board approved a sidewalk exemption for a 16-site recreational vehicle campground at 371 White Oaks Road, 6-2.
The Board also approved modifications to a Housing Authority multifamily project at 57 Blueberry Lane, removing an impact-fee condition for the governmental agency. Separately, the Board elected Doreen Richards as Chair, Dave Ouellette as Vice Chair, and Gary Dionne as Secretary.
