NH LACONIA — Planning Board approves Knotty Marina dock and boathouse amendment. The Board unanimously approved the site plan amendment for Knotty Marina Inc. at 35-71 Winnisquam Avenue, implementing a phased development approach to accommodate existing wastewater infrastructure. The project includes extensive preconstruction conditions, street-upgrade cost-sharing, and completion deadline of August 4, 2033.
In separate action, the Board voted three to five to reject a sidewalk-requirement waiver for a proposed 1,600-square-foot commercial building on Belmont Road; the application was continued to September 1, 2026.
