Police Commission approves six promotions at May meeting

NH LACONIA — The Laconia Police Commission unanimously approves six promotions across the police department. Chief Matthew Canfield recommended elevating Lieutenant Chris Noyes to captain and promoting Sergeants Robert Cameron, Richard Carlson, and Michelle Cardinal to lieutenant, as well as Patrol Officers Jonathan Milne and Austin Schilling to sergeant. All recommendations were approved unanimously.
The officers were sworn in by City Clerk Katie Gargano at a luncheon following the meeting.
