NH LACONIA — Laconia Zoning Board of Adjustment approves waterfront deck and property line variance. Chair Michael DellaVecchia and the four-member board unanimously approved variances on Tuesday for a 20-foot by 12-foot open wood deck at 174 Hillcroft Road, with state Department of Environmental Services Shoreland Impact Permit approval already secured, and for a 54-square-foot boundary line adjustment at 22 Riverside Court correcting a garage encroachment. Neither application drew public comment.
