Planning Board approves amended stormwater detention pond site plan for Pine Hollow

Planning Board · Meeting of February 3, 2026

NH LACONIA — Planning Board approves stormwater amendment for Pine Hollow Campground following court settlement. The board voted 7-0 to approve the site plan amendment at 604 Endicott St N following a Superior Court remand in November 2023 and mediated settlement in March 2024; Planning Director Robert Mora presented a revised drainage analysis showing a net decrease in flow rates across three storm scenarios. Legal Counsel Laura Spector-Morgan confirmed the board's review was properly limited to drainage issues per the settlement agreement.

The board also unanimously adopted two regulatory amendments revising site improvement security and third-party review procedures that Planning Director Mora said had become cumbersome under existing procedures.
