NH LACONIA — Technical Review Committee advances three planning applications toward Planning Board review. The committee conditionally advanced a boundary line adjustment at 191 and 193 Court Street for March 3 Planning Board consideration, and two subdivisions, a 26-lot development at 33 White Oaks Road and a 26-lot private subdivision at Pickerel Pond Road, will return to the Technical Review Committee on March 17 for further departmental input. A vehicle sales dealership application at 651 Union Avenue cannot proceed until the property owner submits a complete site plan addressing parking compliance concerns, Planning Director Rob Mora said.
